Originally knit with Mary Maxim Thick 'N Thin yarn, which offered a 2 oz skein at the time and was considered a bulky yarn. With a variety of yarns to choose from today, there are endless possibilities when using this pattern. Requires size U.S. 10 (6 mm), and 13 (9 mm).
